    Not a vitamin, but if you are looking to fight the cold n flu, take Echinechia through the winter months.

    You take it to prevent getting the cold, not as a cold cure.

    It's quite funny because I find that it's the people who stuff vitamins down their throat, who dont smoke, dont drink and exercise daily are the ones who catch the cold and flu the most and always have the sniffles through the winter. lol
