i do diamonds daily, 3 sets of 25
2-3 times depending on time of day or if i have energy or not.
i do 50 each day.

pushups, crunches, pullups. The basics. Get started.
what is the point of talking about pushups?
what am i doing here?
get a ball (medicine ball, basketball or soccer ball) and do your pushups off that. 3 sets of 30 every other day.
i also goto a gym every other day and i have a trainer.
running, eliptical, free weights and nautical machines.
ive never felt better or looked sexier either...

all my many times ok bean town, never heard the tale, haha.
I go in spurts, but when I wake up I to 25 with my rite leg crossed over my left, 25 switched then 25 both spread.
For some reason when I'm drunk by myself watching like baseball I tend to set a number and do of every half inning. That is if I'm not at the park alone as I'm the guy who goes to baseball games by myself because no one likes baseball.
