Man I really need to get back to excersizing. I used to use my dumbbells but they're now too light and I haven't ordered (screw buying them from a store and bringing em home by bike!) new ones yet... doubt i'll get them up the three flights of stairs though... :P
there was a whole pushup competition here at the office a few months ago, probably because we don't have any females working in the office at the moment. i ended up doing 92 and a few days later did 100 (no video evidence of the 100 mark though)
granted, the last 10 are pretty lame pushups.
3 sets of 15....they're hard

i do diamonds daily, 3 sets of 25
2-3 times depending on time of day or if i have energy or not.
i do 50 each day.

what am i doing here?
get a ball (medicine ball, basketball or soccer ball) and do your pushups off that. 3 sets of 30 every other day.
