there was a whole pushup competition here at the office a few months ago, probably because we don't have any females working in the office at the moment. i ended up doing 92 and a few days later did 100 (no video evidence of the 100 mark though)
granted, the last 10 are pretty lame pushups.
Man I really need to get back to excersizing. I used to use my dumbbells but they're now too light and I haven't ordered (screw buying them from a store and bringing em home by bike!) new ones yet... doubt i'll get them up the three flights of stairs though... :P
flat & incline dumbbell presses, 8 sets starting with 85 lbs in each hand
and no, there is no wires, its not a trick, its not cgi
ooh think I found him!
I go in spurts, but when I wake up I to 25 with my rite leg crossed over my left, 25 switched then 25 both spread.
For some reason when I'm drunk by myself watching like baseball I tend to set a number and do of every half inning. That is if I'm not at the park alone as I'm the guy who goes to baseball games by myself because no one likes baseball.
all my many times ok bean town, never heard the tale, haha.
Anyone here in Boston? I hear that
there is a local goof with one diesel
arm that walks around on the weekend nights
and bets drunk college kids that he can do
50 one-handed push-ups. Anyone know
about this goon?
i also goto a gym every other day and i have a trainer.
running, eliptical, free weights and nautical machines.
ive never felt better or looked sexier either...
[janne this thread is gayer than ever now]
