NCP I wrote you an e-mail earlier today thinking that, that TAMZ dude stole ur site. No harm in using a template I guess... it did fool me.
You used the template better then he did. Now that you see others using the same template you used, are you gonna update your site?

Why would he want to update his site?
If he decided to buy and use a template, he obviously does not care about design that much.When you buy and use a template, you don't care about being unique right? Why would you assume that he only now, has realized that thousands of people are using the same template?

Cause earlier within this thread he wrote that using this template has caused him alot of drama. Read the earlier posts... his name is NCP.
Also if you buy a template, why would you then enter into website award sites??? Thats just asking for it buddy.

We all look at these sites from a designh perspective. Depending of course on your audience, the site visitor couldn't give a rat's tossbag if it's a template or not as long as it looks OK.

jayg0ldfinger; no, unlike many many other people that still currently use the template they have kept it to the default standards i.e; backgrounds,fonts etc..I modified mine to give my own look to it. I'm not bothered if people use it..my works stands our more than the actual template, I shouldn't need a template to make my work look good.
I also didn't enter my site into nothing, administrators do for the content.

Site template has had 61 Sales. So the "clients" site will have a minimum 60 other sites that look like theirs. Pass!

who gives a rats. are you pissed because they're using them or got away with charging a client to use one? if the client's happy then more power to them. if the client finds another 20 sites that look exactly the same as theirs and get pissed then look for a new designer then maybe you can be that designer.
