I'm going to retreat outta this thread, because everything I come out with will be construed as being somehow loaded to one party or another.
My link was more to point out that people should be wary, for practical reasons, about answering these threads - not that I'd already got there first - I'm sure people will have many times asked similar questions here.
Kona - ignore me. I immediately assume underlying (potentially non-existent) reasons for answering this questions like these. I forget Americans think differently on this subject.
