So to recap:
Yurimon stated I made assumptions about how he thought.
I asked specific questions so as to not make assumptions. Without addressing my questions, he concludes that it's a waste of his time - thus insuring that anything inferred by his posts in the future can be nothing but assumptions.
So he remains the personification of a lack of intestinal fortittude wrapped inside an enigma wrapped in a mystery. But hey, he has a secret method of not paying income taxes and gets his knowledge from a website that promotes the idea that biblical prophecy tells us that Social Security is the mark of the beast.
Juts correct me if I got any of that wrong big guy.

"explain this: http://www.forbes.com/2011/04/11…
First off, why don't YOU explain in?
Secondly, let's look at some stats, shall we.
Population of the city: 12,000 aprox.
Biggest Employer: Inova Fairfax Hospital with 6,090 employees.
According to the interwebs (who can trust those pesky things and their links which people post with no explanations) it's one of the nation's best and largest hospitals. I am sure a concentration of skilled medical doctors, administration and associated staff that make up more than 1/2 of a town's total population might skew something economically.
Other companies with headquarters in Falls Church: General Dynamics and Northrop Grumman. Hmm. 2 Giant defense contractors that suck on America's tit.
There. There's the explanation - overpriced medical care that might have been addressed by a single payer medical system and a bunch of supported defense industries that Republicans never ever seem to ever cut and spend the public weal on non-stop.
Oh I'm sorry, what was your explanation because I missed it.

Ha. Nice summation.
"[The]Tea Party guys. It's always "the worse, the better" with these
Trotsky-style fanatics. Every failure, rejection and common-sense
setback galvanizes them to new extremes of faith-based ideological
weirdness. As someone who hangs out in Europe, I'm used to bizarre political
movements, but the Tea Party is truly impressively strange by anybody's standards. Acidheads have had more coherent thinking than these Creationist Randite gold-bar-eating pro-coal zillionaire market fundie people. They lost the American election, but winning one and governing a superpower never seemed to be on their agenda. That hasn't discouraged them, though. They've got ladder notches and fallback positions all the way to the prepper graveyard."- Huh? where did this come from?
So you base your reality on political theater? and on top of that your using the same logic of racists in your generalization. nice.yurimon - that your using the same logic of racists in your generalization. nice. when do we start the holocaust? your the new nazi hip chick. but your a free range serf.yurimon
- hipster but really a free range serf.yurimon

Actions like this are the reason why republicans will not get a majority vote anytime soon.
It took 10 days for them to approve aid to Katrina victims, it has taken over two months for them to approve aid for Sandy victims, and even then 67 members voted against any aid to be given to the victims, also Paul Ryan voted against aid to be given.
The republicans are childish, selfish, cruel and absolutely heartless. They genuinely believe that people will think it is the presidents fault that no aid was given out they genuinely think that all the blocking and spiteful voting in the house of representatives will be seen as Liberal failings, when even Republican members are calling them out on these issues.
A party of scoundrels.

Gun crime in california has steadily been decreasing since 2005.
2011 was down 3% from 2010, not sure what the figures of 2012 are compared to 2011 but I would imagine it is down as well. On the whole homicide rate in America is down in the past six or 8 years as well.
- they'll explain it off as the police are finally doing their job to crack down on criminals.whhipp

Trillion-dollar coin idea, once thought joke, now under serious study.
”What if Washington’s next debt clash, widely expected to be as bitter as the “fiscal cliff” fight, could be resolved with the minting of a $1 trillion coin? That is the idea being pushed by a handful of policy wonks and columnists, and it has caught the attention of lawmakers even though it is an unlikely solution. Under the proposal, the U.S. Treasury would use an obscure commemorative-coin law to mint at least one platinum coin and deposit it at the Federal Reserve, giving the government breathing space as it bumps up against the $16.4 trillion borrowing limit.”

I think the caption should read.
"I am the president and therefore I am a target and need armed guards, which by the way none of them carry assault rifles, just hand guns, I need protection from idiots that want to buy assault rifles, and say they will be glad to fire the first bullet in a revolution and if I want to take their assault rifles, (which again by the way none of my armde guards are using here) away they will begin killing people... who exactly will you begin killing?.
I need armed guards because I receive death threats from nut jobs every fucking day, yet you clowns sitting at home polishing your semis have never had any kind of serious threat issued towards them in their whole lives".I think something like that should be put in the speech bubble instead.
- need to make that copy a bit more concise for the speech bubble. legibility concerns.whhipp
- Since WWII, almost every American President has been shot at. Theater goers, school children...not so much.waterhouse
- chossy0
What about this.
"whipp thinks me the president of the USA having armed guards is hypocritical in some way, ergo whipp is as close to retarded as you can be without being actually diagnosed as retarded"
- gabriel20
Actually, that picture sums up exactly WHO the only people we feel should be allowed to have guns. Each one of them have had years of combat training, hi-stress tactical training and extremely lengthy background and psychological tests. Most of them have also direct combat experience. So thanks for pointing that out for us, whhipp. Glad to see you're on the same side as us. :)
