“We all agree that we must expand access to quality health care and reduce costs for all Virginians. However, that should not be accomplished through an unprecedented federal mandate on individuals that we believe violates the U.S. Constitution."
“Virginians spoke loudly and clearly in rallies, in town halls, and at the ballot box about their opposition to the new federal health care law. The governor and both Democrats and Republicans in the General Assembly heard them, and as a result, the Virginia Health Care Freedom Act is being signed today.”

The US government always provided the money for those loans, they just allowed the banks to administer the loans and be the middlemen in the transactions. Poll: Most Want GOP to Keep Fighting on Health Bill

I think what's most interesting is that almost every poll, no matter what the source, is coming up with similar numbers. The points are off by a margin here or there, but the leaning is towards citizens against the bill or the process in which it was moved to law. That's important. No matter what your politics, understanding that the country is not openly supporting this is key.

It is tricky and Republicans have to be very careful what they show they want to repeal exactly. All of the insurance reforms are pretty popular, closing the Medicare donut hole is too.
