I dont understand why some "americans" complain about spending billions of dollars in their own country.. I mean its going to end up within your own borders right n those in it will benefit?

Conservatives never said a thing while America wasted 3 trillion in Iraq, or when Bush spent 1 trillion on a Medicaid benefit, or 1 trillion on tax cuts.

Conservatives do not equal Republicans. Every true conservative I know does not agree with 95% of what Bush and Co. did during their romp. The molestation of executive powers, nation building, enlargement of government, unlawful detainment without due process, bailout 08, and wiretapping are all anti conservative corner stones. The Republicans who justified it to themselves that these kinds of practices are 'okay' are idiots. Just the same as liberals who now somehow justify the further fucking up of this country based on some idiotic idea that 'X is okay now since Republicans were okay with Y.' Thin, weak and misguided. If you just want to be okay with setting the bar near where Bushie set it, then we're all in for a wild ride.
Might I also add that you might want to look at voting records before you go off half cocked saying that republicans rubber stamped anything he wanted ... your lily white Democrats were rubber stamping Bush more often then you might feel comfortable with. Wiretapping got extended with the help of Dems, Iraq war was also approved with the help of Dems, Bailout 08 was majorly supported by Dems. etc etc etc.

I know people personally (who I see everyday) who have lived under socialism...and ironically they are the people telling me that America is becoming more and more socialist. Why would they say that? They have first hand knowledge.
They also tell me all the time how bad socialized health care was for them....almost everyone has stories of people who died in the waiting rooms, or got some kind of nasty infection because the operating rooms are not even sterile.
