coca cola - ortophosphoric acid + caffeine + sugar is bad for people
and other sodas - sugar is bad for people
synthetic sweeteners, ie. nutrasweet/splenda - they're toxic
alcoholic beverages - nuff said
cigarettes - bad, very bad
hamburgers - make you fat
milk - causes allergies and ostheoporosis
genetically modified food
above all, and this time I'm serious: stop water fluoridation, it harms people and so many countries have ceased it.
