I have already called the cops twice on neighbors having some sort of shitty rave. what do I do next to these disrespectful punks?

Someone did that here. The family came home and the house had been stripped. I think they even took the sinks.
Why can't you get them evicted? Most of the apt.s I've lived in in the past had a 3 complaint rule - 3 complaints (and that was just to management, not cops) and they were out. I almost got a neighbor kicked out, but thankfully her lack of paying bills took care of it for me.

oh come on, anyone who's ever been to a 'shitty little 'rave', or even a good loud party can't really complain about someone else having fun.
We live in a really quiet spread-out neighborhood, yet in the little out-building just over our fence, the neighbor has decided to reherse their rather loud and not very good band a few times a week.
Do I like the music ? No.
Is it really a bit loud ? Yes.
But I also realise for every band or producer I've ever heard and loved there have been 1000's of neighbors that have had to be near their rehersals, and honestly I think I'm doing my bit by not minding.
I know noise nuisance can really be a blight on your life, especially if it's just kids and the music's crap - I hope it doesn't annoy you too much.

one thing i learned with noisy neighbors, they usually don't last. especially if if they are into drugs and partying, soon enough they will get in some kind of trouble and will leave.

last Friday my drunk neighbors decided to have some shitty Bandas band start playing in front of their house (their right next door) at 3:30 in the fucking morning for a 1 hour set. They know me as the crazy tattooed dog shit flinging gringo, and yes he came out that night, I mean morning.

how i would handle it.
if this is a "rave douche bag party" then there has to be drugs because those parties are not fun unless you're fucked out of your mind. i'd call the police on a regular basis reporting drug sales being made from the home.
they will start watching the house and the next party or after a couple weeks of complaining, they'll eventually pull a search warrant and wait till the next party.
just mention the word ecstasy and they'll go ape shit.......
problem solved without having to let your neighbors know that you called.

I used to have speed freaks next door, always mad and yelling shit, get home and bump bass like there was no tomorrow. Don't get me wrong, i love bass, but this was over doing it, the kind that shakes your windows and quite honestly their music sucked big time.
They got into trouble all on their own, their gone, and now i have neighbors that laugh and sing a lot, so much better than those other fools.- I also did some feng shui stuff, don't know if it helped but their gone!sea_sea

where i can come from, the cops take the offenders stereo and send the people home, if they just can´t keep it down. the 3rd time they have to send a car over to a party they are usually a little bit pissed. call the coppers!
