  oh come on, anyone who's ever been to a 'shitty little 'rave', or even a good loud party can't really complain about someone else having fun.
  We live in a really quiet spread-out neighborhood, yet in the little out-building just over our fence, the neighbor has decided to reherse their rather loud and not very good band a few times a week.
  Do I like the music ? No.
  Is it really a bit loud ? Yes.
  But I also realise for every band or producer I've ever heard and loved there have been 1000's of neighbors that have had to be near their rehersals, and honestly I think I'm doing my bit by not minding.
  I know noise nuisance can really be a blight on your life, especially if it's just kids and the music's crap - I hope it doesn't annoy you too much.
