I cycle to and from work every day. I don't cane it, I go at quite a leisurely pace along a nice coastal road maybe three miles. So that's six casual miles a day... 30 casual miles a week.
When I miss a day, such as today when i needed to bring the car in to photograph the glove compartment (don't ask) I feel like John Candy.

we have a fat camp going at work , people have to loose 5 pounds each month , or pay money for each pound they have failed to loose at the end of each month and it goes into a pot, winner takes all , last pot was like at $240
