Neck/Chin fat?

How many of you late 20s/early 30s guys getting that soft neck skin stuff under your chin?
How do you work that part out? How do you sharpen the jaw line?

Not yet but I look about 15 though, I got ID'd in a bar a couple of weeks ago and then again for cigarettes at the supermarket.

Diet and excercise. I'm months shy of 40 - always ate well and was physically active and I don't have any neck fat. My brother is 36 sits on his ass all day eats shit food and has a fucked up back and some neck rollage.
It's not rocket science...and you can't "spot reduce". Layoff the sugar and cream in your tea/coffee and stop drinking soda. You'd be surprised by how much that little bit helps.
