Anyone have a fix for a jacked up arch? I bought a pair of Pumas a couple months ago. And ever since, my left arch has been killing me.... especially first thing in the morning.
- Your shoes aren't giving you the right support. Probably too big.selfproclaim
- Go to a running specialty shop and have them check to see if its the soles or the shoe.selfproclaim
- A lot of those types of shoes do not have the right support. I have Adidas and they are very light but not for running.Jaline

Right I'm off out for another run then!
- Dancer0
So do all you guys have Nike trainers then?
- mattiaBK0
Logged my 5+ miles (8+ Km) this morning.
- mattiaBK0
Dancer, I don't have Nike shoes. I have been using the Marware pouch since the beginning. And after 2100+ miles, I still use it.
I heard that the switcheasy is pretty good.http://www.amazon.com/Sport-Sens…

mattia I have heard these are both inaccurate though?
- mattiaBK0
Barely, it all depends on how well you did your calibration and how tightly you have secured the pouch . I also use a Garmin Forerunner, and at the end of my run it's usually off by 0.02 miles (sometimes more, sometimes it's right there). Totally acceptable for me.
If I had to try a new one, I'd give switcheasy a shot.

Really. Some bloke on Amazon said he has lost 2 Nike+'s already...
- mattiaBK0
Never lost one or never got loose either. It's still the one I bought almost 2 years ago. :D
Probably the dude on Amazon didn't attached it properly. ;-)

the nike+ armband has like 50% bad reviews. I only tried it ones this far but I like it this far. so, just cause some people says it bad, not working etc. might be the users fault. you know.

got a run in this morning. it was tough! i usually do the workout stuff after work.
and my heel is absolutely killing me. might have to make a doctor's appointment :\ although maybe a set of inserts would help as well. any suggestions?
- How old are your shoes? And do you stretch before and after running?mattiaBK
- It might have something todo with you cutting your shoes out to fix the Nike+ ? :P (see above)Dancer
- haha, nah that's not it. my shoes are pretty new (2 months). i stretch after i run. i think it's: http://www.footphysi…lvl_13
