Can somebody who understands this well please explain what's going on?
Especially when it comes to stock price. Yahoo is trading at 27.89. Why is an offer of 31 so good?
- jfletcher0
They were trading at about 18 when MS made the offer...
- Llyod0
are all the executives' shares locked in at that level?

Yahoo's days are numbered, they should take the offer, if Microsoft pulls out their stock price at $32- Yahoo's stock will fall below the $18- a share price before Microsoft made the initial offer.

they're like the only girl at the dance but with an ugly face

The Yahoo stock is up 7% at closing and the May Call options are telling that it will most likely go over 31 on Monday

Ok, let's see if Yahoo's stock drops on Monday...

I wonder how much they'll tank

Monday's stock price prediction for Yahoo:
$19- a share
- Llyod0
they'll probably try again in a couple quarters
- Llyod0
down 15% so far

$33 a share for yahoo sucks compared to the amount of money Google will offer them in advertising sales...

On another note, Steve Ballmer cried about Yahoo not taking his bid and "threatened" to go to Yahoo's stockholders. Kinda lame. Evading the bid also puts a dent in MS pocketbook

^ Very funny, Google boosting their weaker rival just to fuck Microsoft. Go Google!
