how to put lights in something that turns...?

I've welded two bike tires together from the 2 centers with bike tubing. I have a multi-geared wheel at top that will spin one way but not the other. Therefore, the cord would get forever twisted.
I'm thinking about extending the lamp up with another, smaller tire. This upper tire will drive itself and the 2 tires below. How do I hang/attach this so that the three tires will turn so that the cord will just unwind itself?
Thanks for any insight...

you must have something that looks like a male stereo phono plug coming out of the center of rotation( which goes on to supply power to the lights) , then have two brushes (+ and -) making contact with the bands on the plug....then the brushes need to be supplied with power.
you also need a housing to make sure everthing stays alinged.

Try Decoupling the centrifuge and aligning the nub diameters to allow for a proximity burst. Next, agitate the marking brush with some pork wally, slice a bag of ship's dinner and attract a weak hand to your quivering hole. Lull yourself backwards into a freezeframe tragedy and recall with fondness the days when dinosaurs porked the earth.
Any more trouble, just give us a call.

flip the conbobulator on the mainframe and authenticate against PASCAL; you should be all good to go there in no more than 14 business days...

Option 14
Write that bike off as being beyond repair and get a new one. Only this time try not to worry too much about the lights not going round with the wheels.

I'm taking the bike away....you like that?
Go stand in a corner!

you need a gyro of sorts that can send an electrical signal.
by gyro i mean that thing on bmx ish bikes that allow you to spin the handle bars until you die.
