depending on how the other are seasoned and overall taste you are going for with the menu, Adobo is great (product, not the verb) and very simple.
http://www.goya.com/english/prod…additionally, if you could rest them on skewer in white wine, shallot and cilantro for a bit- they will break down slightly w/ the wine and marinate well, thus taking on seasoning once on the grill over flame. it really does not matter what white wine is used here, boxed is fine.

it was good... some funk in the back... i ended up cooking argentinian style asado with corn in a husk on another grill... cooked my ass off from 11 till 4... but everyone was having a blast.. ping pong free pool... perfect weather... and there were 3 girls that i have hooked up with all right next to each other... so needless to say... i ended up alone =(
