I'm lucky, out here we just got tons of rain yesterday. Of course, I was driving from Anaheim to Vegas in that crappy downpour and it took me 6 hours

last night my walk home from the bar entailed walking through 3 foot snow drifts up a big hill through trees crawling on all fours, grabbing branches..... why did i decide to do this? i have no clue, needed a sense of adventure i guess. later on in the walk i helped some old yooper dude get his full size van up a road, in which after about 40 minutes of trying, we failed miserably. i don't know exactly what time it was by then but i think it was around 3:30 in the morning.
and what exactly did i decide to wear going out into the blizzard to the bars? a thin black north face fleece, a baseball cap, no gloves, and a t-shirt underneath it all. the high may have made it up to 14 degrees with blowing snow, and 35 mph wind gusts.
i think i might be legally insane, either that or just extremely stubborn after enduring almost 6 years of U.P. winters
