my portuguese isn't so good, but here's a shot (words in arrows are words i dont know).

a lot is probably lost in translation, my mistranslation, and the number of missing words.

I do not even get involved with the copy of a print or web job. I say up front, that the client, it is your responsible for the copy of information, and it has to be checked 100%, before it even get to me.
After that I give them a final copy for them too check, and if all is happy, they sign and off it goes to the printers.

Can't be bothered to read it all but who the fuck approves a job to go to print before proof reading it?
And why did the client not see it before it went to print? You give it to THEM to sign off to protect yourself.
