By two-dozen roses and take the pedals off. Sprinkle them from the front door of your place to your bedroom. A girl tried the whipped cream thing with me once...walked in the room with it covering various areas. I was drinking all day, and by the time I ate all the damn whipped cream off I felt like I was going to throw up...it turned super sticky and ended up being more trouble then it was worth, syrup could only be exponentially worse.
