Two of my coworkers, Scott and Mary, used to get into some pretty funny discussions/debates since they were both rather opinionated. One day Mary is talking to her office mate about how she believes no guy can have a platonic female friend, ergo all men want to sleep with their women friends.
Later that same day said officemate is retelling that story to Scott who brings up an IM window to Mary. The first thing he sends her is the following quote:
"I would never sleep with you ever"
That probably would have been fine, had he not realized that the difference in user names between Mary and another person at IBM (who happened to be a lawyer) was 1 letter.
The message did not go to Mary.
