The beginnings of a site for a new condo development. Please take a look when you get a chance. Curious about speed and fluidity on different machines.

It's nice, but I'm not sure about having the navigation sideways.
Floor plan to 203 is missing.
Also, this isn't your fault but 209 has an entrance into the bathroom? :/

i agree with john.
some really nice illustrations get covered up by all that text.
also on the main screen i'd get rid of the horizontal tan line, it cuts into that nice illustration and ruins it. there must be a better way to show that text is clickable. re-think that.
i'd simplify some of the things going on. keep copy to a minimum. let the illustrations and photos do the work, they will sell the place more than text will.
also, i'd push the font a bit more. some nice spacing/size things going on but i believe the fonts could be used better. better placement, shifting, spacing and sizes could be used. maybe a nice serif and non-serif used together so that the text becomes ui ya know.

anyway to clean up the body copy. Too fuzzy and that typeface, not so sure for the body copy.

Thanks for the quick responses. Actualy, we thought the renderings were a little on the weak side, but its the best we can get before the thing is built. I agree about the text length and I am hoping for a serious cut down.

ahh, it's not finished? i was wondering where the second half was!
I really like the layout and the interactivity, but as with others - I think there's a little too much copy. I agree with you - those bg renderings are awful - they really let your site and their development down.
One thing - I don't like having to wait so long in amenities - either display some copy first whilst it loads, or save the preloading for the actual images in-section.

Oh, and the '43 individuals are coming together to make something special' tagline doesn't quite sit right with me.
Is this a building for singles only?
