i agree with john.
some really nice illustrations get covered up by all that text.
also on the main screen i'd get rid of the horizontal tan line, it cuts into that nice illustration and ruins it. there must be a better way to show that text is clickable. re-think that.
i'd simplify some of the things going on. keep copy to a minimum. let the illustrations and photos do the work, they will sell the place more than text will.
also, i'd push the font a bit more. some nice spacing/size things going on but i believe the fonts could be used better. better placement, shifting, spacing and sizes could be used. maybe a nice serif and non-serif used together so that the text becomes ui ya know.
nicely done though.
