my take on this is there is room for everyone, I couldn't care less. But I like digging up court records and have to do it for work a lot to add resources to stories. So don't sue me.

when you sign up with most companies you end up signing a confidentiality agrrement..... if this guy talked shit, while having 'inside' knowledge of the company... i could see why 2a is scared of the bad publicity this would cause.....With that said, that absolutely sucks that they are taking this route, afterall this was one of their employees, a friend maybe even..... and this new 'bad' publicity far outweighs the old.
What ever happened to picking up the phone and calling the dude and saying, "dude, you signed an agrrement, dont talk shit!"?

actually, there was a phone call made before all of this happened. an apology by myself for whatever grief i may have caused. but i guess your word is shit w/ bald fuckhead until you open up your bank account and cut a check for a couple of thousand dollars - which to some of us is already a kick to the face that are starting a career and have the debt of school and everything else to pay off.
but hey, its alright...what goes around comes around. karma is a bitch. and i know they're getting a dose of their own medicine. all priase logoyes!
