when you sign up with most companies you end up signing a confidentiality agrrement..... if this guy talked shit, while having 'inside' knowledge of the company... i could see why 2a is scared of the bad publicity this would cause.....With that said, that absolutely sucks that they are taking this route, afterall this was one of their employees, a friend maybe even..... and this new 'bad' publicity far outweighs the old.
What ever happened to picking up the phone and calling the dude and saying, "dude, you signed an agrrement, dont talk shit!"?
