edumacational versions are the same, just cheaper.

I think maybe the only limitation of educational versions is that they don't qualify for upgrades later

I always have trouble importing any AI file that isn't saved down to about 6.0.

(Mar 27 07, 20:01)Mainly the allowance for you to produce anything commercial or make any money whatsoever using the educational version. Doing so violates the license agreement. Will they ever know... that's for you to decide.

Import PSD and AI Files right into Flash? That's not really a new feature but they say it is. The old Flash drawing tool was good too.

You can import layers intact from a PSD or AI file now. You can specify how text and effects come in and your layer labels even stay the same.

I have a problem. I uninstalled CS3 beta because I have the full version, but everytime I try to install the new one it says the older one is still there. How can I get rid of it? the files don't even exist anymore for the beta version.

Damn, I didn't want to delete my legal copy of CS2 because I'm not sure about this illegal copy of CS3 I have...
But I have the CD, so whatever.
Guess I'll have to get rid of everything :E
