I do single stage brews at a brewery becuase I'm lazy.
So far have brewed about 700 litres and it literally tastes better than what I can buy at the bottle shop and gives me no hangover if I drink less than 14 beers.
14 beers (375mls) is the limit were the no preservatives = no hangover rule stops.
*No Im not a piss head, 14 beers takes me about 6.5 - 7 hours to drink.

i agree slappy. no hangover if you keep it relatively tame.
and it tastes like its better for you. a good all-round hobby!

and you save money on bottleshop prices. If I brew 6 cartons of hoegaarden it costs me 25 bucks a carton. To buy in the bottlo costs 120 bucks a carton.
How many fridges you got f12? I have a two, one for food and beer and one just for beer.
Thinking about buying a keganator keg fridge next to complete the set.
Two types of beer on tap 24/7 with one cold and in reserve. mmmm. Will probably find my self next to it in the middle of the night with a glass in my hand, oh well.
I have already started calling the mrs "my first wife".

ahh, i saw that keg at the brew shop on the weekend. looks pretty cool. my mate has a keg that he has a seperate frisge for. problem is you drink it so quickly...
i only have 1 fridge, we use my mates spare. all good here though - my missus bought me the kit for my bday, so she can't get mad at me! (yet...)

(Mar 18 07, 17:24)This is a problem?
You need to get into a brewery to do you batches as well as brewing at home. We do 100 litres every 3 weeks bewteen three guys and I always have around 4-6 cartons and 3-6 types of beer in the fridge.
They have brewing kettles, mechanical filters, c02 equip and sterilising machines etc. They have free beer on tap and the sports channels on cable tv to take the work out of brewing too :) Pitty the nearest one is in geelong.
There must be others though.
