I do single stage brews at a brewery becuase I'm lazy.
So far have brewed about 700 litres and it literally tastes better than what I can buy at the bottle shop and gives me no hangover if I drink less than 14 beers.
14 beers (375mls) is the limit were the no preservatives = no hangover rule stops.
*No Im not a piss head, 14 beers takes me about 6.5 - 7 hours to drink.
