i know i have lost love before... to long distance.. and it took me a shit load of time to get over it.... now this one is still around and we are bound to see each other... but i really appretiate all the support. hopefully ill be back to my old ways in no time

Also, my own little story: after 3 years of working in 'the business' - I got burned out, pissed off, and was ready to change careers (one too many fruitless 24 hour days for shitty client pitches).
Then I quit. Took a (planned) trip to Barcelona with my wife. Cooked a couple really good dinners, and started going to the gym again. And took a lower stress (though still creative) job.

no my judge of character is amazing... thats maybe the reason why i feel so crushed. i guess people are that fucked and in a city like this its very hard. i mean sure i know that before i get over it i'll end up having sex with an attractive girl from argentina brazil colombia germany or france but going back to empty sex is gonna suck. trust me have done it for years

wow, i think bowling would make me depressed. anyway, find something fun to do and come up with some short term goals for yourself so you can focus on something else. Sounds like part of the problem is that you were blindsided. wished you had dumped her first and all that. whatever, it doesn't matter. give yourself some time and pick yourself up and get out there.
