2 Font Folders

1) Library.Fonts
2) System.Library.Fonts
Any Reason for both and whats the difference ? Ive been having alot of font conflicts recently and need to resolve the issues any help would be appreciated. Thx.

I think its because systems supports different users. Your own fonts are in Library.fonts. But say you can make a different user account for your friend on the same os/mac, and he can have fonts of his own unaccessable for you, in his Library.fonts in his folder or whatever

and so, system fonts are just default fonts

sheeit! i've noticed over the months that you've been having so much trouble with OS X.. must be hella time-consuming on your end.
don't remove either of those font libraries... system (OS X) uses one and the other holds fonts that applications etc have installed.
and for that matter don't remove anything from any of those library folders, specially system, unless you really know what you're doing.

and i'd recommend storing them on a 2nd partition or drive. fonts get damaged frequently, easier to isolate them on a volume other than OS X.
