sheeit! i've noticed over the months that you've been having so much trouble with OS X.. must be hella time-consuming on your end.
don't remove either of those font libraries... system (OS X) uses one and the other holds fonts that applications etc have installed.
and for that matter don't remove anything from any of those library folders, specially system, unless you really know what you're doing.
