Also, when I tell the cops I do not consent to my car being search and to stepping out my own property then they either write me a speeding ticket or give me a lecture and let me go.

Lying? Umm...no. If a cop pulls you over (in America) for say speeding and its not criminal they have no right to ask you step out of your car or search your car. I know my rights, you don't have to step out of you car unless the cop has probable cause to make you get out of the car. The cop asks you step out of your car to see if you will forgo your rights, then he has authority to search your car and search you.

My dad has bailed me out of situations in the past and would continue to bail me out of any situations if I ever did anything. However, thankfully I was scared enough of my parents that I didn't try anything after middle school.
That's the way it should be. Just scared enough of your parents that you won't go around going dumb stuff. Your parents do care (for the most part) and want to see you safe, of course, but after that the kid deserves some punishment unless the humiliation and guilt was enough.

their actions only made me think why a roit did not start. if i saw my friend being tazed by a RENT A COP they would die. its unacceptable to have this happen and thru out the 6plus minutes the REAL cops never showed up.

Speeding is an offense..but only considered criminal speeding when you are going say 70 in a 45. Otherwise, I am just a regular citizen driving a little too fast. There is nothing they can do except write me a ticket..unless they see a gun in plain sight or something of that nature.

If they want to search my car..then have to have A REAL REASON to search it. For example, if they pull me over for speeding and smell weed, see open cars of beer, smell beer as i talk, see a gun, see me fiddle with things in the car before they come up to the window, then they have the right. My father is in Law Enforcement..he taught me at a young age to be respectful to cops..but they are trained to trick you in giving up your rights.

tazers are meant to stop you from standing up, they're meant to incompacitate someone AFTER they get out of control...this guy just got a scrawny moron got a little tough and they put him to the floor with a fucking electronic weapon and then a couple more times because he couldn't...that's cops logic
