Hey, I am just finishing up this site. Let me know:
a) what you think
b) if everything works for you and whether or not the loading time is slow
Thx

can't get it to open, something wrong with the url.
- neonbeige0
sorry about that :)

Move the navigation up top or something. When I opened up the window, it took me a while to find it, started clicking everywhere to try and find links...had to resize the browser. I'm sure a lot of ppl will have this issue.

I did the same thing as alloyd, but damn that's a really nice looking site! :)

my only suggestion would be to get a little creative with that scrollbar. if the channel that the scroller travels in were not visible, it would seem less cramped in that area. also it would be fun if it matched the aesthetic of the site.

nav doesn't show up when you've only got flash 7...
only know that coz I'm aving to test a site for that...

I like your clean style. But I also like when you do something a bit more entertaining, such as this site.

Agree with those who said to move the nav up. I missed it too and tried to click on the apples in the tree and stuff. Great artwork though.

i guess i should export to flash 7... sorry about that. i'm really surprised about the nav not being obvious. is it that your window is not big enough or are the links just not prominent enough?
- alloyd0
My window at first was about as big as all of NT's content...ending at the footer below plus about 80 pixels.
Resize ur browser to that and check it out to see what I saw.

i landed there, and coincidentally was rolling over feet when they wiggled, then immediately started hunting for active spots, and only later made it down to the nav

thanks for the feedback. amazing how no one has thought this before...but it's obviously a problem
- Jaline0
Yup, you could definitely move the nav up because I have to scroll a bit on my browser as well.

Really like the design and initial movement. The top nav is hard to see and doesn't fit as well, imo. Would possibly be nice if the image gallery wasn't in a popup.

looks cool. however none of the links work for me except the ones that pop open a new page (ie:buy a cd, and images)
pc: ie6 flash8 player

Links don't work for me either. The design has a ton of interactive potential. Maybe it is using it but the link just aren't working.

oops i accidentally uploaded the wrong version...was messing around with nav and accidentally uploaded it...i think the links should be working now too

i had my window pretty large and still missed the links.
i would very much like to see the copy area about twice as large as it is currently. it is very minimal given the fact that 100% of *any* information a user will obtain to see Elizabeth lives in there...

the links work now.
the initial site entrance and animation is very good!
that said, i was hoping for something more! no more animation?! all that swaps out is that little window area for all the links?! not sure what the budget is, but a very intricate/detail oriented animation site becomes very boring very fast!
no offense. i was just really hoping for more animation like the initial screen between each new section clicked on.
