Balance, should we just forget about the est. 35K+ wounded Americans from the Bush Wars or are you only comparing those that died? Would post-tramatic stress disorder count as wounded as well??? in that case, ALL the numbers would be much higher.
As for your "solutions" there are plenty, but Bush would in no way try any for fear of admitting error and error from a US President is def. impeachable.
So in a way your right, there are no solutions for the crazy man who slams his head on a brick wall thinking he can break through.

By the way, taking Bush/Cheney on face value and let's even grant them that benefit of the doubt - Iraq is the central front on the war on terror, then my question is:
If that's the case, and it's so damn freaking important, why aren't we doing anything to you know ACTUALLY WIN THE DAMN FUCKING THING. You know, like maybe draft a bunch of Americans to actually puit more BOOTS ON THE GROUND, which is what the Generals have said from Day freaking One to win the damn thing.
It's a puppet charade to make the US population dance and to make the military copntractors and oil companies rich. Why nopt institute the freaking Powel doctrine and go in there with overwhelming force?

This motherfucker truly did lie about going to Iraq.

Hello...? Balance? Answer my question?
If winning the Iraq War, THE central front on Terror, is so freaking important, what is the Bush Cheney Admin. doing to insure Victory? The ONE thing that was needed form day one was much a much higher troop count. Everyone knows it.
So why won't the Bush admin commit the American society to win this one? You knwo old Blood and Guts Patton said Americans are winners through and through and we can't stand losing, and I agree with him. How do we WIN in Iraq? Higher troop to civilian population. Period. So why won't Bush pull the trigger and institute a draft for WW III?
Hello? Oops...no matter..I'll just sit here and wait for the personal attack I know is coming...
*twiddles thumbs.

mrdoboldodger your are so simplistic it's not even worth responding to you.
as for the dollar amount of WWII compared to Iraq without taking inflation into account is useless.
lastly none of you have ever come up or presented any type of solution so you are still all talking out of your ass and your fear and hatred for Bush. Useless again.

Cost of Iraq War:
$2 Trillion
www.boston.com/news/wo...
Cost of World War 2:
$2091.3 billion (in 1990 dollars)

(Aug 21 06, 14:18)is that what you meant to say?
- Balance0
Bottom line:
No attacks on the US since 9/11.
You cannot debate that. Sorry to break it to ya. It sounds to me like you all wish there was an attack on the US since 9/11 so that you can be "right".
The difference between us is HUGE. We want peace and you want war and more casualities so you can say 'fuck you bush". lmfao.
Extremists to the left.

isnt 2 trillion the same as 2000 billion?

OK, Balance my boy, the figures I gave were adjusted for inflation.Secondly, you want to win in Iraq? My solution: More troops in the field. Period. The Powell Doctrine was Go in with overwhelming force, go in with clear goals. OK, so we screwed that up - here's the answer - institute the draft and put more American boys on the ground to win THE central war on terror. there's my answer.
WHat say you?
- kyl30
and the time between the attack before 9/11 and on 9/11. 1993 bombing of the world trade center would be it right?
What's your fucking point.
- TheBlueOne0
Yeah and look at that, it took stellar Law Enforcement work to stymy the biggest terrorist operation since 9/11. You know, Law Enforcement. You know the stuff that Kerry said would take to degfeat the terrorist. Oh wait..he was too busy being photoshopped into pictures with Jane Fonda to win...
Blance, if this is a war, I want to win it. You win wars by overwhelming force and intelligence. Two things the Bushies have bungled since day one. They went in light, and CONTINUE to keep forces to a minimum, thus ensuring no victory - otherwise it would be "political unpopular"...
Draft these whiny Generation Y babies now...get them an m-16 and put em in Iraq to defend America. You know this is one of the greatest challenges this country has ever faced, in Bush's own words. Talk em? Walk em...

I think we all know the the plan is a protracted occupation were halliburton and KBR are collecting fat checks for as long as possible.
- Balance0
Your war is with Bush. Our war is with terrorism.
You want more troops on the ground and hotter intelligence? Then stop tying the hands of the administration with bullshit and shouting secret ops on front pages. Stop yelling "racial profile" when they’re doing what obviously needs to get done to make this work. You're all full of shit. Stop pretending to be hard now when you keep throwing PC bullshit in the way so you can yell, "fail" and start supporting the effort. You don't have to "like" bush to support the effort.

(Aug 21 06, 14:50)I couldn't care less. That's all you care about. That proves your war is with Bush.
You would rather see innocent people die so you can throw it at Bush rather than see peace. You proved it and you keep proving it.
- algorithm0
well, this effort will now be going on for generations and gerations to come. It will be here long after we are gone. We opened a Pandoras box we should have left closed.

what ever happened to foreign policy and diplomacy?
