wedding in the country side on saturday but going to be there all day friday.
The walker is on the list but what else is worth seeing?

Ah man I love Minneapolis...
I just hangout in the "triangle thingy area" aka Uptown and just Coffee-Shop-Hop...
Walker is definately a good one, then go downtown and see a band at "7th Street Entry" which is at First Avenue Club.
Good time to go too, weatherwise

yeah. it sucks especially after being in nice cali weather for so long. not to mention i now have a strict enforced dress code i have to abide by every day. suit and tie work fucking great in this weather! hahaa!
juxt and the flip-flops dress code come back to me!!!!
ah well. who am i kidding. i love being back here. so much more going on in minneapolis than most other parts of the country...not many people believe that but it's pretty damn cool no matter what you heard about the weather : )
*tangent end here

Definitely check out lake of the isles and Sebastian Joe's (ice cream) on hennepin and franklin. you might hit the triple rock social club on friday or saturday night; and in my humble opinion Azia is one of the best restaurants in town (26th and nicollet-ish). Boo yah!

wedding in stillwater(as in humidity?)MN. and Hudson, WI
friday is the rehersal.
I hope the walker has some a/c
- jakeyj0
ooh i like stillwater! It's like a small little river town at its heart. right on the st. croix river. You can get some good meals downtown there. there's a nice italian spot there i think...
- lvl_130
hey jakeyj you can snag directions to chico chica here: http://maps.twincities.com/bin/c…
the fish tacos are excellent.
- jakeyj0
hows the price?
- lvl_130
ummm. i think the fish tacos were like 10-12. it's pretty standard non-taco stand prices if that makes any sense.
i think pretty much everything on the menu was between 10-15.
- lvl_130
and there used to be a really good restaurant in stillwater but it has since relocated to minneapolis. may be the same one you were talking about jakeyj...not sure though. a bit pricey but so good.
