just a suggestion (from someone too cowardly to ask for crit here for exactly the reasons so eloquently illustrated by jevad, crouwel and point5):
sml is small medium large, this concept doesn't shine through to me somehow, how about making the sizes of "s" "m" and "l" reflect their meaning? Like make "s" small etc...

This one example where I feel like I don't know where to start either. It looks more like subway signs than a website.
For a fee I will give you a report of exactly how to salvage the existing site and make it usable.

In fact there is a splash page that exploits small, medium, large and our printed collateral does the same. It wasn't part of the post and I don't have access to add it. I would like to work on that theme.

Thanks Seed, it is not yet an existing site. I should have gone to any of you folks first. May not be too late.

Mystery meat icons without text are problematic. Even if the text were to pop in faster, the icons aren't universal enough to exist without text.
i like how you try to keep the scroll to an absolute minimum, but this (scrolling) has become more and more accepted in modern times with 1-page portfolios and other sites like CNN, NYTIMES, etc.
I like the use of color, but the usage seems a bit random and lacks focus.
Tha main page seems to have several looks going on again showing a lack of identity and focus.
The handshake has gotta go. It looks like someone is trying to help someone up instead of being on the same page like a horizontal handshake. dig?
Good luck. I hope mine and others comments help. Show us the next steps. Peace.
