Wow. Had he spoken with that kind of honesty and candor during the actual campaign, I would have voted for him, and perhaps believed in him.

"That is what America is all about, you ought to be able rise on your merit. Sounds a little corny, but it shouldn't. I mean, why shouldn't ... why can't we do
that ... we can." - Al Gore."I gotta go to bed."

very human look of Gore. I did vote for him then and now I really hope he runs again. Although, i would probably vote for my cat instead of the greedy heartless bastard thats in there right now.

i saw 'an inconvienent truth'. he's real charismatic in that. makes you wonder why he didnt speak the hell up when he was vice president or at least use *some* charm in the debates.

(Jun 6 06, 07:56)Uh..Nader. As if it mattered. I'd still vote for Nader.
- mrdobolina0
why would you voter for nader? why not just vote for bush?
Ralph Nader isn't even qualified to be President.
Hey Ralph, be a Mayor or something first.

(Jun 6 06, 08:14)x3. (That's times three, like what dobs said multiplied three times ... not Xmen 3, that's another thread entirely.)

the only problem with al is that tipper is part of the package

I don't buy that whole "a vote for Nader is a vote for Bush" thing. Simple thinking, man. I've followed Nader's work for a number of years and have always believed in his ideals about consumer & industrial responsibility. He is more qualified than most who hav been in politics for 20-30 years.
- mrdobolina0
not simple thinking, who would you have voted for if it weren't for this idealistic candidate who will never be president?
- ********0
Exactly. I'm sorry.
HE CAN NEVER BE PRESIDENT!
It's very noble of you to vote for a party that basically exists to get it's voice heard at least, or at best have someone look into what they are talking about.
It's great.
But how can any sane person actually think they are doing anything good not voting for WHO WILL RUN YOUR COUNTRY, or who has a chance rather.
Noble and moronic.
