- my findings is that alergy starts with diet and gut health. small intestine in particular. the gut is like 70% or something of the immune system or something.yurimon

i say this every year...
drink a couple shots of raw apple cider vinegar as needed
you can even add it to salad dressings
local honey
eat apple slices drizzled with honey and cinnamon
really stuffed up? chew gum
you're probably dehydrated
drink a glass of water and another one in 20 minutes
tried all the above and it's still really bad?
loratadine & cetirizine hydrocholoride together
I have allergies, but I haven't suffered from them in years
the obvious, avoid allergens.
so many people know they're allergic to weed / ragweeds / whatever and smoke a blunt or go for hikes... yeah, that's your own fault.
even myself, I'll eat pineapple and banana, which I am allergic to, then wonder why other allergies act up.
sadly, I have also found allergies get worse as we age.
- this is all really good. washing your face helps if you're feeling allergic and you've been outside lately. the allergens literally just sit on your skin.sarahfailin
