... Yes it is about that time. About that time I realize I don't own a grill again and think about buying one all summer and never doing it.
Perhaps this year will be different... drool, just thinking of bbq grubbage makes me wonder how I live day to day not having one.

Hollow out a Large Tomato, a big one preferably. Stuff with a sweet corn mash, Jersey corn preferably. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Grill that MF on medium for 8-10 minutes. It's incredible!

that tomato thing sounds too good.
I did the quesadilla thing last summer, like was mentioned before. Good stuff.
On easter I did asparagus marinated in Olive oil and garlic wrapped in strips of country bacon. All females within 5 miles' panties dropped.

yeah those are good. You can stuff a lot of vegetables.
a local ethnic favorite is Grilled Stuffed Peppers with paprika sauce
- mpfree0
but the stuffed Green Peppers are better baked or slow cooked in a red paprika sauce stuffed with minced meat and rice

"In Poland, traditionally, boys will awaken girls early in the morning and douse them with water and strike them about the legs with long thin twigs or switches made from willow, birch or decorated tree branches (palmy wielkanocne). This practice is possibly connected to a pre-Christian, pagan fertility rite, that seems in line with the Ancient Roman Lupercalia, although the earliest documented records of Dyngus Day in Poland are from the 15th century, almost half a millennium after Poland adopted Christianity."
... nothing in there about BBQ'ing... but I'm in.
