Also, note the breakfast theme. Ving Rhames getting donuts, Harvey Keitel taking that lady out for breakfast after he fixes the problem, Bruce Willis taking his lady out for Blueberry pancakes after the whole Gimp incidence.

anybody ever notice how in all QT films the names of characters
keep recurring in his other movies kinda like Kevin Smith's Universe of charactersScagnetti is played by Tom Sizemore in Natural Born Killers which was written by QT and the name scagnetti is mentioned in Reservoir Dogs when Mr Orange is meeting with Father & Son ... Scagnetti is the name of Mr Oranges parole officer.
Also Vic Vega is the name of Mr Orange played by Michael Madsen and Vincent Vega is the name of Travoltas Character ... they must brothers or some shit
Joe Cabot mentions to Mr white about a girl named Alabama to which Mr White replies "good girl hell of a thief"
Alabam is also in True Romance
trying to think of some more

In a radio interview with Howard Stern in late 2003, Quentin Tarantino was asked by a caller the contents of the briefcase, and he answered, "It's whatever the viewer wants it to be."

It is a McGuffen (Nothing)
It makes the viewer intrigued and constantly strives to find an answer. They used the same idea in Ronin, what was in the briefcase?
Like the "creature" in Lost (or the 1st series anyway, haven't watched any more than that).
Having said that Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield acted strangely like gaurdian angels and the code on the case to open it was 666
