ok here is the situation...
Ive been working for this agency for 2 and a half year, i started out as a freelancer and am now the artistic director, when we started out we were about 10 employe and we are down to 4 today ( 2 employe are actualy the 2 boss )this was my first job after school and it helped me, i get 19$/h right now ( canadian money) i know its underpaid but its really close to my appartment and i always get to work "late" because there isnt much work..
During the past years i find that my motivation as almost all died, i think its alot because of the general atmosphere, everything has to be done teir way and they know everything and we dont anddo this good but do it quick and bla bla... to be honest i dont like my bosses that much...
Anyways so ive been thinking maybe i should go back to school but now one of my friend has offered me a job in his agency that he work for, i would have to work from home and maybe have about the same $/h but i dont know how many h total...
the agency is pretty small, they have smaller project compared to the agency where i work now where we get huge deals sometimes that are nation wide and stuff, anyways the new agency do nice work they work mostly with freelancer my friend is the only employe and i would be the second, http://www.graphicminds.ca , but im a bit afraid to go, i dont know if ill be good enough ive become a bit lazy over the years working here , i stayed here because it was stabble income , and i dont know if that new company is gonna be stable or if ill be good enough to stay with them.If i stay here i know that ill have work for has long has the company is alive as long as i dont do anything stupid, If i leave there are risks, also i dont know if working home is all that great, at first it sounds really cool but then... always alone... ? although where i am right now its almost as if i was alone because i dont really talk that much to the other employe and even less to the 2 bosses...
ack... i dont know what to do...

Seems like you've reached a plateau and a point of stagnation with your current gig. If you are ambitious and want to move on with your life and your work, it sounds like you have to get out of there. Don't be afraid to push yourself and find out what you are capable of.

Take a chance. You're young enough to do so. Get out while you can dude and best of luck.

dude, look around.
always have more than one option. don't take it just because it's offered. you are like 24-25yrs old? do whatever you wanna do. take risks. it's not like you got wife and kids.

if you don't like where you are but aren't too hot on the work-at-home prospect, can you look around for something else? seems like you've really stagnated at your current job and it's definitely time for a change.

I am afraid things wont work... I know im still "young" ( 24 ) but i do have bills to pay , appartment to pay , food plus all my debts from school etc...
I guess everyone is right, and i know it, i feel it, its just hard to actualy do it...

Don't bother going back to school/uni, you'll rack up debt and lose working time. Unless you go back as a lecturer in which case you'll be on easy street.
Sounds like you've got a small decision to make to be honest, potential new job offer already, boring and stale current job.
Take the plunge and I sincerely doubt you'll regret moving on.

Live a little and take some risks! If not at the agency you are looking at, try another...and another...and another. Change makes you enegize from within and makes life interesting.
