Yeah - seriously I am.
It was a rant mate...about how unjust I think their reapir program is - and some of you chose to jump down my throat about it.
The more level headed and helpful - funnily enough they were lurkers - actually emailed me saying they had the same problem, and offered ways to get it fixed that didn't leave me $250 out of pocket.
