CMYK? you should do it 2C (black/ grey) would be much richer.
the small grey text is going to disappear as CMYK or 1C because it'll be a screen of the black plate.
if it has to be CMYK you should instead consider a bright color to fill the text... 100%M would look slick. and use a rich process black.

I really dig the ID you came up with, very nice work.
Have you thought about having the top of the 1st "C" follow the line that connects to the 2nd "C"... it would make it look a lot more fluid and cohesive. The 2nd "C" could also follow the curve of the "E" its beside... I'm a stickler for those small details.

i like it.
the font may be a little big once it is printed though. I think you should make your name, title, etc a point or 2 smaller.
