CMYK? you should do it 2C (black/ grey) would be much richer.
the small grey text is going to disappear as CMYK or 1C because it'll be a screen of the black plate.
if it has to be CMYK you should instead consider a bright color to fill the text... 100%M would look slick. and use a rich process black.
