I have no idea exactly what it is, but I got some fat-stripper/protein shake stuff a while ago and started using it, not religiously, but reasonably often, and I've gotta say, I think it helps a fair bit.
I found the length of time i felt sore after a heavy weights session went down a lot, and I did lose weight without changing my diet. Give it a go, but don't bother if you're going to do it half-arsed.
