What good is a new stadium without Henry, Cole and Vieira?

love those players

Im sorry but julio baptista is not a BIG player, your kidding yourself if you ever thought he would make a huge difference to you. arsenal are now in a rebuilding period, you cant replace players like viera, keane etc, you have to rebuild another team, around a new leader

(Jan 6 06, 05:33)we're going to rebuild around Cygan!

Cygan has actually been the Carling Opta best left back in the league for the last two weeks!

that's good why they would want to get rid of that kid is beyond me.
on another note, I saw an interview with Bryant Gumble (famous US sportscaster) on HBO talking about the sever racism at football games across the EU, specifically Spain where they make monkey calls in the stands. and you call the US racists, that would never happen here and 99.9% of the time we don't fight at sports venues

It very very rarely happens in England and when it does, more often than not the offenders are caught by the cameras around grounds and expelled for life along with being reported to the police.
In Spain and Italy however, it's very commonplace at football stadia. The problem is though that footballs governing bodies don't ever do much about it despite talking big about punishment nothing ever happens.
Thierry Henry was a victim not so long ago when the Spanish national coach referred to him as a "black shit". The punishment? A £2000 fine. If that were an English manager, he'd never work again in England.
99.9% of the time, there aren't fights at English grounds. Please don't for a second think hooligan films like Green St. are anything other than fiction based on culture well over 20 years ago. They're not documentaries.

It would probably be wise for Arsenal to sell Henry now. He's not getting any younger and his contract is up next season, so from every day here on out, his value depreciates.
With the money they get they can probably buy two players - a defender and winger - while with their other funds they can purchase a holding midfielder and replacement striker.

I never said England, but the report was about many other countries. Theirry was being interviewed and said Europe was going backwards in this regard not forwards.
