    It very very rarely happens in England and when it does, more often than not the offenders are caught by the cameras around grounds and expelled for life along with being reported to the police.

    In Spain and Italy however, it's very commonplace at football stadia. The problem is though that footballs governing bodies don't ever do much about it despite talking big about punishment nothing ever happens.

    Thierry Henry was a victim not so long ago when the Spanish national coach referred to him as a "black shit". The punishment? A £2000 fine. If that were an English manager, he'd never work again in England.

    99.9% of the time, there aren't fights at English grounds. Please don't for a second think hooligan films like Green St. are anything other than fiction based on culture well over 20 years ago. They're not documentaries.
