I think thats just it. the fact that you had to 'try' to draw bad i swhy I am ranting. We need to elevate not dumb done-MTV sucks-Napoleon Dynamite was a waste of time-I wish I could sue to get my money back from that movie

its all about opinion.
i'm actually doing my paper and prensentation for my contemporary art class on his work.
I saw one of his exhibits in Philly Art Museum last year, and he basically drew/painted/threw paint and said it was the story behind Greek mythology and I was intrigued.
Personally I think it challenges what art is and how it can be perceived. It is what the piece of work brings out and makes you think that I like.

Whoever is following/emulating what MTV does is obviously out of the loop. All I ever seem to see on that network is design that was the hottest new thing months/years ago.
Also, just because one has "accomplished things" or has "art in galleries" doesn't automatically make someone a good designer. It simply means you are good at selling yourself.

hell, tDR's style was THE thing for quite awhile, and now look at it; it's still beautiful and timeless in it's own right.
That being said, etching deer and birds are the thing right now.

I have sold all over the world including Africa. I have a radio show as well. I can back up my mouth, you haven't shown me anything. Bad art and Design is out there and unfortunately I cannot turn my eye from it. Shitty work is frustrating but I guess to the Hitler Youth Group who responded they don't mind it.

I don't have anything on the net at the moment but the stuff I choose not to show, in my humble opinion, is a little more accomplished than an exercise in how many photoshop filters I can use.
Also, I'm not starting threads, slating whole styles with fuck all to back it up. I mean, who the fuck are you? You sell pish like this? Art? Fuck off.
