work for 6 ad agencies. 7 design studios--> as a freelancer. ad agencies pay more. design studios give cooler work. mix it up.

I do... but now... the question is why do you ask?

i am wondering
preference to big agency vs small
BUT
there is a difference.small agency part of big network or big agency as is.
?

one more thing
in bigger agency or smaller networked agencies, you get your hands on the bigger picture and ideas but in most smaller shops, you are exec the big ideas handed down by the big ones..
u think?
- aliceblue0
Me...either of these...but think I
lean toward BIGbig agency
work on just "your" accounts - bigger talent pool to bounce ideas around.small agency
(meaning start-up)
- work on everything - usually small bucks but, interesting if you can get part of the action
and make a difference

MrDinkyYou gotta be the "Big One", then

"small agency
(meaning start-up)"i think this is a gross underestimate aliceblue. there are some "smaller" agencies out there that are far from anything resembling a start up.
Dinky- looking to possibly take a position in-house somewhere are we? ;)

-madirishI was using a "qualifier" -meaning a small agency that was a "start-up"
